The day we were there, we spotted a sea lion playing in the churn. Bonus! Beautiful walk down to observe the churn ... and nice trails throughout the area. Glad we stopped.

After learning about Devil's Churn on Trip Advisor, we decided to stop and hike the area. The park is beautiful and an easy hike. Devil's Churn was mesmerizing! The powerful waves and motion of the water was amazing to watch. It's definitely worth the stop.

Devils Churn is a place to see the intense power of the ocean as it crashes against the rocks of the Oregon coastline and sprays up into the air. I saw this at a lower tide with moderate surf and it was pretty cool, but...More

Gorgeous sight. I was so glad I was able to see this. Parking not an issue; was an easy pull over to see.

Nice trail to some tidepools and great views. Worth a stop and was free so why not. A river runs through into the ocean near the beach as well

There is a parking fee for the lots on site- but if you buy the parking pass from the ranger station, it is good for all park stops along the way.

Google Yachats tide conditions 2015. It's also worth noting that other weather conditions such as swell, storm etc will have an effect on your experience so watch the weather forecast for the area.
