Nice trail to some tidepools and great views. Worth a stop and was free so why not. A river runs through into the ocean near the beach as well

As you drive through this section of the Oregon coast there are numerous turn outs that offer awesome photo opportunities. This one had a short downhill hike that ends up at one of the better ones. Check the local tide tables and time your visit...More

Was heading down the coast and decided to pull in quickly to take in the sight. The parking was easy... the walk to view was very close however, if you want to take the steep path to the bottom to get closer, you can do...More

Devil's Churn is a great place to visit. It is best seen at high tide or right after a storm if you want to see the waves at their roughest. There is a path/trail you can take to go right down to the water's edge....More

Not to be missed. At high tide is the best sighting. Along the coast is Thor's Well, Cooks Chasm & Sprouting Horn. However, be careful of "Sneaker Waves". Enjoy the sites, but don't ruin your vacation by not respecting the ocean waves.

This wonder involves a gentle climb but it’s well pathed. If you like to climb on the rocks it’s doable with care. It’s amazing to see as is all the nature along the coast. Take your time and explore the coast highway.

we missed the action because of the timing (tides) but even when the water is calm, you can still appreciate the rough beauty of this spot

I've seen Devil's Churn at high tide, on days when the ocean is angry, and on sunny quiet late afternoons. It will always be beautiful to me. If a person wants to really see some action, definitely go at high tide, at least that is...More

The view is ok but it is a pity you cannot get inside or at least I did not know how to get there. It is a good stop if you are in the area

I have seen the Devil's Churn over the course of many years and at different times of year. It is always worth a stop to look over quickly and see what it is doing. It is always quite a site, but when it is really...More

There is a parking fee for the lots on site- but if you buy the parking pass from the ranger station, it is good for all park stops along the way.

Google Yachats tide conditions 2015. It's also worth noting that other weather conditions such as swell, storm etc will have an effect on your experience so watch the weather forecast for the area.
