I am a big fan of aquariums but can't support their decision to breed and keep seals captive. The area they are kept in to show off for visitors in exchange for food is too small. There are intelligent creatures that spend a lot of time in vast open water and shouldn't be kept in a small space for entertainment.... More

I recently visited and enjoyed every minute. No it is not nearly as large as other aquariums, which is why you pay such a small fee to enter. Though the displays are hardly fancy, there are an impressive number of sealife in natural tank settings. The seals steal the show, you think you are just tossing a fish, but you... More

This is a small but fun little aquarium, plan on spending about 60 minutes here. Although it is somewhat small it is very fun and affordable. It is right on the beach in the middle of town. Make sure to buy some fish for the seals when you buy tickets. There are also a couple of touching pools for the... More

This place is veey, very small. Very little on exhibit also. The only really cool thing here was the octopus, and the sealions. Other than that, very crowded, very little to look at, and too expensive for so little to even do there :( I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to Seaside with the kids (boys 10 and 13) for a few days and we decided to stop into the Seaside Aquarium as we could hear the seals they have inside. It was $10 each with seal food. Feeding the seals was fun, they splash at you to get your attention. We were given a tray of cut up... More

It's an oldie but a goodie. Small aquarium built in the ? 30's. Amazing array of sea creatures in some very nice displays. Some things I've never seen before. Giant octopus in a sunken open tank below you, really the closest I've ever come to an octopus. Sea lions in their own separate area are a delight when someone throws... More

Great for kids under 9-10, it took about 45 minutes to feed the seals (a must!) and walk around to look at the tanks. The octopus is huge, and you get a very close-up view. Surprisingly, the barnacles were pretty entertaining.

We really like aquariums so admittedly not very picky but this one is is not very expensive and we felt we got our money's worth. It is right on the prom so easy access when walking. They let you feed the seals for an extra $2 and the seals clearly appreciate it. Loved the large octopus!

My girls really enjoyed the aquarium. My husband and I were glad the girls (ages 10 1/2) could go without an adult because we really weren't interested in paying $16 to go into something we have already seen.
