Walking along streets looking at restaurants and shops makes my legs hurt from the slow pace and stops at every corner. Historic Laurelhurst Park has paths over rolling hills (ideal for picnics or spreading a blanket for a nap), a pond to feed the ducks, and huge trees. You can walk on paved or unpaved trails. A runners delight.

Gorgeous during all times of the year, nice to see it during different seasons. Summer though is just the best, so nice to sit by the lake and read a book.

This is a truly lovely park. There is a large pond with ducks geese turtles and other wildlife. Wide smooth paths perfect for walking and many places perfect for pictures! There are tables here and there- great for picnics and parties for kids and a community building that offers all kinds of classes through the Park system. There is an... More

It is a pretty park and you can have fun there if the hippies leave you alone. It rains a lot which is sad.

We went on a warm fall day to play at the playground and go for a walk. The park is beautiful and there is so much to do and see! Even the ducks came out to say hi.

Very old park, with gorgeous trees, play spaces, small lake. Fun to stroll in. Surrounded by lovely old neighborhood.

We took a city tour and this was where we stopped for coffee and cake. Since we weren't interested in that we went for a walk around the park. It's a beautiful park with great walkways and a nice lake. We could have easily spent the afternoon there.
