We took the tour after purchasing tickets online to save a few bucks. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and mixed in humor with his history. We saw and heard some strange and at times saddening things.

If you like visiting basements, then this tour is for you, because that's all you see - the unused basement of Hobo's bar. There are no artifacts down there, just dust, broken up stones and pieces of wood, and a few dim lanterns here and...More

The hidden history of portland oregon is brutal and fascinating. The group conducting these tours/research/preservation are to be commended to say the least. Highly recommend especially if traveling.

This was a cool tour and the guide was very knowledgeable. The "tunnels" are great old brick architecture and dirt floors. The only issue was group size. There were at least 24 but possibly 30. And the drunk folks wore out the cuteness of their...More

Our tour guide was Michael Jones and he could really weave a tale. The history was very interesting. There are tight spaces on the tour of the tunnels, which were really just connected basements under businesses. The dirt floor is uneven and it's dark down...More
