Find a parking place, get out of your car and walk around. Look at TripAdvisor and find out what you'd like to see. You can't really go wrong.

So many fun things to do in the Pearl area. Too numerous to mention. You just have to walk and find all the sights you are interested in.

You can't really say you have been to Portland, OR unless you visit the Pearl District. It's a shopping district with named brands. Oregon has no sales tax, so do take advantage of it.
