Seriously, why change the grand entry? Other then Barrel Racing that was my favorite part especially when the bombs came and the horses tried to scatter. That was fun. They added Cheerleaders to make up for the fact that no one has tried out for the court in years. Not the best idea

This was our first time here. Of the area rodeos - this is by far the best - lots to do before the rodeo, small, hometown feel to it. great views from where ever you sit. The events were great. Clown and announcer were exceptional and the fire works were awesome. the only negative - it took us 40 min.... More

Barrel racing, donkey racing, bull riding, steer wrestling......What's not to love? We spent a delightful afternoon on July 4 watching the brave (or crazy) cowboys do all of the above. Street parking was ample and free. Restrooms were decent; as mentioned somewhere else the curtains in the ladies' room don't afford a huge amount of privacy but so what, it's... More

This traditional pro rodeo has been going on a long time, and it totally put on by, and supported by, the community. Besides rodeo, there is an adjacent carnival, a parade, and dances held on the grounds after the rodeo. A good place to go for all ages.

The bathrooms are a mess the curtains are torn for you ladies privacy doesn't exist. but there are pota potties for men and women both to share. the carnival is there but its separate from the buckaroo so you have to wait in line show your ticket and all that inspection stuff to get food and then go back out... As always when going to the fair or other celebratory event it seems quite expensive to buy anything, but good opportunity to try something new. Or get the same old brick of fries ( heart attack on a platter, we joke :-) ). My only complaint is the long slow lines, but good for the places with long lines and... More

Disappointment.....Many changes are needed to bring this Grand Ol' Lady back to her glory days. Negative - Dance team in daisy dukes replaced the Rodeo Queen and her Royal Court, No Grand Entry or Horseback presentation of the American Flag during the National Anthem, and so-so Fire works. Positive - Rodeo Announcer, rodeo stock and contractor, contestants and arena help... More
