The mighty Rogue River is a very popular destination for white water rafters and all other fishing and wildlife enthusiasts. It is a beautiful stretch of water going to the Pacific Ocean and has many different types of fish that spawn each season, making the Rogue River a truly unique and sacred piece of Oregon.

The Rogue River is an excellent place to visit, raft, fish, kayak, take jet boats. Very scenic and relaxing (unless you're in rapids or in a bad way). I highly recommend Hellcate jet boats, but they are pricey, save for when family comes or a special event. Rafting is great, kayaking. Put in at Shady Cove for an all day... More

An hours drive from Medford and you can be rafting the Rogue! Soooo much fun. Word to the wise - use your life jackets (except in the super mellow parts, if you're comfortable). People drown every year. Things happen unexpectedly - we almost lost my sister last year and we are experienced.

This river has so much to offer . There are so many trails and places to stop off. Whether you like hiking or a family picnic, the rogue is for you. Stop off at doge bridge, Touvelle (near White city) for a nice stroll. The parks are well maintained.

The Rogue River is the life blood of the Rogue Valley. Be at winter or spring or summer or fall you will always find something to do on or near the Rogue River. Fishing for steelhead or salmon or just a hike next to the river or a swim in the heat of the summer the Rogue River is a... More

If you haven't either river rafted the Rouge River before or drifted a beautiful river before, you have truly missed out on one of the greatest excitements in life. The water , smells on the river, wild life , flowers galore, AND the rapids (mostly class 2's and 3's) , you have not lived. Give your coming summer a few... More

I've rafted down the Wild and Scenic of the lower Rogue River for the last 30 years. Not every year, maybe every 3-4 years, so I have come to know this trip well. One thing I can guarantee you, it will never get old. It is a pure vacation, and a true getaway from the humdrum of day to day... More

6 of us spent 4 days and 3 nights hiking, rafting and kayaking. The different climate changes along the trail were remarkable. Highly recommend it!

Many choices on how to enjoy this beautiful rugged river, which include jet boat, raft, kayak, and fishing trips, bird watching, horse & hiking trails. Bring your own or rent (need to get a trip permit for the river) or book a guide. We took a picnic lunch to Whitehorse Park and walked along the path by the river. We... More

When people think of the Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon, the Rogue River is the first thing that comes to mind. It has a calming effect on everyone who sees it, and photographers never feel they've done it justice. This river has a multitude of possibilities for those who like river sports. It is deep and swift, and has some... More
