We happened up the gardens on our most recent visit to the coast. We were fortunate enough to go when we could see the inside of Connie's home and listen to the volunteers tell a little bit about her. The gardens are self guided and quite lovely. We look forward to going back in the spring and summer when other... More

This garden is a little hard to find but not far off highway 101. Anytime of year is a good time to visit but of course during the summer is best. It is a quite and restful stop.

Try this in the summer. Not much to see that is blooming in October. Very quiet place though. Looks like they need more volunteers.

A good place to take a brake off the highway. An acre of well documented beauty with little trails. It's free and is a good example of what grows in the area.

We spend a week in Lincoln City every October. We come for the pool championships at the casino, but I always like to find somewhere else to explore while we are there. The Connie Hansen Garden Conservancy was my "find" this year. It is a lovely little place to take a stroll and admire the work of the original gardener... More

So pretty here,. It was within walking distance of our Motel, so we decided to check it out. It's free. And you don't have to spent a ton of time. Something different to see. Lots of bees. But that is to be expected. Respect them, and they leave you alone. Happy we got to visit.

The garden was nice enough, but very small and not much in the way of true paths. It was unclear exactly where we should be walking in some cases. The friendliness was hit or miss and the gift shop was practically non existent. I had gone there intending to donate and become a member based on the previous reviews and... More

The Connie Hansen Garden is a fantastic little wayside stop to get some garden R&R! The little bridges, pools, trails, were so restful that my husband took a nap on a bench in the garden while I was wandering around. The garden is only manned on Tuesdays, so we were free to wander around at our lesure. They call it... More
