Visited this just up the street from where I was staying. The gentleman in charge was really nice and knew his stuff on the fort. Great for kids! Got to see where Captain Jack was buried.

Very interesting history, simple but informative. Displays showing what the fort loked like when it was a thriving community.

This museum is small, but full of interesting information and a very knowledgable guide. Small children will enjoy seeing the wagon and jail.

This is a great stop to learn about the Modac's. Captain Jack is buried there along with three of his colleagues for killing Canby. The out buildings were very interesting to look through as they are all that is left from the original fort.
