So interesting!

Love the beautiful covered bridges. They really take you back in time. We were not able to find all of them but the ones we found were beautiful.

Planning our Oregon trip for October we knew could be a bit cool, but, if we found what we hoped to see, it would be worth the drive. It was! The city could do a better job of mapping and using more specific signage to help out-of-town visitors find the bridges. Having said that, our GPS did rescue us and... More

Very muddy water. The water is very low. Any staff Ranger here are super disrespectful. Spend your time elsewhere. Expensive and awful

We used to go to the Indiana Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. So this was sort of fun taking a road trip to these bridges. Glad they have saved them

Glad we made the time to view the bridges. However we only found 3 of them! Not sure what we did wrong but the driving tour is not as straight forward as we expected. It was however a beautiful fall day and would recommend it, hopefully you can view all 7 bridges.

I began my tour by going to the visitor center in Cottage Grove, a small town in West Central Oregon just south of Eugene. The people in the visitor center were lovely, friendly, and very helpful. While there I picked up a tour brochure of their local covered bridges. There are six within a 10 mile radius of Cottage Grove,... More

A couple of friends and I had a fun afternoon visiting 5 of the 6 covered bridges in and around Cottage Grove, OR. We never found the sixth one. The only criticism I have of the attraction is that the directions from one bridge to another are confusing.

The map of the covered bridge tour (self guided) made this an easy jaunt. We drove, took pictures and wandered a bit. There are 8 bridges. There are places to pull of the road safely to walk the bridges and take photos. The Swinging Bridge was really fun!

The covered bridges of Cottage Grove, Oregon, were a bonus to our 2 night say. We planned a vineyard hopping weekend, and then saw a brochure at our hotel about the covered bridges. Since most of the wineries don't open for tasting until noon, we decided to check out the bridges. The only one you can drive through is the... More
