We were there for the sunset, and wish we had planned a little more time to explore. Big, wide stretch of beach with big climbable rocks that provide a perfect perch to watch the sun go down over the water. We weren't the only ones...More

This was a great stop!! Right off 101, easy to get to, nice bathrooms, easy parking - even a wheelchair/stroller ramp down to the beach. Great tidepools on low tide and lots of fun places to explore. We didn't camp, but would definitely camp here....More

We have stayed at Harris Beach several times on trips along the Oregon Coast. The Yurts are great fun to stay in. The beach is within walking distance and extremely beautiful. There is also a parking lot closer to the beach for those who have...More

Nice beach walk although parking at beach level was packed. Came back later in the day, found a spot and took a nice walk until the wind picked up and sandblasted my ankles.

Nice and clean camp grounds. Bathrooms and showers were the some of the best I have seen. Short walk to a beautiful beach. But......it's close to the 101 alright! By O'dark thirty (430/500 am), you will get a nice wake up call from lumbering trucks...More

We arrived while part of the campground road was being repaved so a loop or two were closed, but we found a site that met our needs. They have a range of sites, from the basic tent site with no electricity, to ones with electricity...More

When I selected this state park for our overnight visit, I didn't realize it was literally feet from the highway. It doesn't show this to scale on the reservation map, of course. Even though there was thick vegetation, which was beautiful, and large Oregon cedars,...More

This was one of our favorite beaches, not only to walk along but to camp at too. The campground itself is great and is a short downhill walk down to the beach. The walk back up is a little more intense but you can always...More
