This was a amazing place to visit. Many animals run free in the park, and love all the attention they get. They also have some endangered animals in protected areas. At times they offer petting of the baby animals which was awesome. The animals seem happy, and well fed, which made the price well worth it. I wish we well... More

Be prepared for the rush of deer looking for a 'hand out' when you walk through the animal gate. Animal food is sold in ice cream cones, all of which are very attractive to the deer and goats. See pictures. The staff was so very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Well worth the visit for adults and our grandchildren -... More

Although some of the animal enclosures aren't ideal, the experience was amazing! We were able to pet baby bears, Sphinx, Bengal tiger, opossum, fox, skunk, deer, goats, etc... The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they love the animals they work with.

Every time we go visit my in-laws on the Oregon Coast we take the kids and it's amazing. They have a petting area where you can pet a baby bear, a baby tiger etc... depending on the one they have there at the time. It's a great experience!

When we first walked in, we were excited to pet the goats, sheep, and deer. We spent an hour or so snuggling the tiny kids (goats, not humans). The deer were adorable and ate seeds out of our hands. We also enjoyed petting the baby lynx, bear cub, and tiger cub--I wasn't upset about those animals being in captivity because... More

I'm not an animal rights activist by any means, and even I felt bad for the larger, more intelligent species in this place. As other reviewers have said...stick to the goats, deer and other small critters that people can actually pet. A chimpanzee has no business being in a zoo even, let alone this place.
