We didn't know what to expect as Weatherford is in the middle of know where, but the jet fighter plane parked at entrance gave an indication that this may be a special visit. As you get to the out side of the museum which is...More

Surprisingly nice and large museum. Worth the stop. Entertaining and educational. We stopped about 5 years ago and they have improved and added on.

This is not a huge place but what they have is nice. I preferred the half on the history of flight which hits all the major milestones. The space half focused mainly on Mr. Stafford's career so offers a less thorough picture. The short film...More

Excellent museum. A definite stop and a hidden gem. Great exhibits and information. Kids loved looking at the rockets and the airplanes. Has a great relationship with the National Air and Space museum and had some cool traveling exhibits. Will definitely visit again!
