This small museum is packed full of history. Don't let the size fool you. There is a lot to see. A lot of it is in chronological order and is a great self paced walk through trip. You won't be disappointed if you are interested in the history of Conoco.

We decided to just take a drive on a beautiful day. We turned off to visit a city where Conco Oil company is. This museum had a wonderful display about the beginning of the company to present day . It had everything from office equipment, laboratory, and field equipment from the late 1890s. It was a very enjoyable surprise. The... More

I found this museum very interesting. I haven't been to a museum that shows you the history of a major oil/gas company. There was a lot of history packed into such a small museum. I really enjoyed touring the Conoco Museum.

This is a.an impressive, informative small museum chronicling the rise of the oil industry and Conoco in Ponca City. Very well done and definitely worth a visit.

I was in Ponca City with my kids and stopped by this museum. It was large, well laid out, and the docent was very friendly. She encouraged my kids with a "treasure hunt" and even a "secret doorway" out of the little theater. They ate this up. I have rarely seen museum people this good with kids. They, and I,... More

Free museum about the history of Conoco. Very clean, almost looks brand new. Good lighting so it is easy to read displays. Lots of nostalgia in displays. Interesting videos about how the logos came to be.

This relatively new museum (opened May 2007) is spacious, well laid out, has free off street parking, is ADA accessible, and is free. I knew nothing about the oil industry or E. W. Marland but decided to go and was so glad I did. There is an introductory film "Pioneering Spirit" and then you are on your own to travel... More

This is a nice addition to your day if you are already in the area. It is free and could occupy you for an hour or more.
