We love the Bricktown area of OKC. There are so many good restaurants to choose from and the waterfront area is a great place to take a stroll and people watch either before or after your dinner. The evening we were there, a baseball game was going on, The OKC Thunder was playing a playoff game, and there were high... More

The Bricktown canal was a great place for a morning stroll with my husband and our toddler during our 5-day stay in OKC. Kids will be entertained by the playground near the entrance to Brocktown, the ducks and geese in the canal, and the Land Run monument, among other things in Bricktown. Our favorite places are TapWerks Ale House &... More

This downtown dining and social area is the jewel of the city. Any out of town guest or people in the OKC metro must come here. Food, people watch, events, it is safe and a great place

Very cool area in downtown OKC to check out. A lot of restaurant, dessert stops and shops. Great if you are looking to walk around, sight see and kill some time. The canal area is very cool! There are restaurants all around so you can sit outside dine and drink while taking in the view.

Delightful historical area of Oklahoma City. Most of the buildings were constructed of brick made from the red sand typical of the area - ergo - bricktown. There's so many pubs, restaurants and points of interest, you can easily spend the day walking around the area. There is a canal that provides boat trips, as well as lovely restaurants and... More

I have been to Bricktown before, but was happy to return when in town for the weekend. It was extremely busy and bustling with the Marathon in town and apparently was also prom. Parking was horrendous, but after finding a spot, we walked in from the direction of Bass Pro. There is a new collection of bronze horses and covered... More

It's a mini San Antonio River walk. Nice restaurants. The boat ride is pleasant. Make sure to at least have drinks at Toby Keith's
