A recreated pioneer garden is a highlight of this huge botanical garden, with acres of fragrant meadows and wildflower, rose and herb gardens to stroll though.

If you've done the metroparks, the Toledo Botanical Garden is a great next stop. There is a very serene vibe - and it has a special place in my heart because my wife and I were engaged there during a picnic by the lake. :)

A good place to visit if you are in the area, peaceful and relaxing. A great job has been done to prepare such a wonderful place.

These gardens are beautiful. Acres of trails and walkways. Wooded areas, water gardens, sculptures. Perfect for photos

This is a very nice garden, which does a wonderful job of combining a city park, botanical garden, and sculpture in one cohesive whole. The art center was closed--will plan better next time, as it looked really nice.

The Botanical Garden is a great place to visit. You definitely want to wear walking clothes and tennis shoes if visiting for fun. The landscapes are beautiful and well-cared for, as well as interactive. If taking little ones, I’d advise you take the forest trail...More

Took wedding pictures and there wasn’t much to pose around. A lot of the shots had the parking lot in the background. Very green. Needs more colorful flowers/scenery.

My wife and I were in town for a concert and wanted something to do in the morning. This park is beautiful. The gardens are designed very well, you do not know what is around the corner until you get there. Each garden was gorgeous...More

No, the gardens are free. There are buildings and other things around the property that may have a cost to them, I did not have a chance to explore them
