Home to more than 11,000 animals representing nearly 600 species from around the globe, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium leads and inspires by connecting people and wildlife. Seen alot of zoo's this one is a must see. Was a hot day but alot of shade though out made it nice. Seeing the Animals On Safari show was great. Get there early you can easily make a day of it.

just a heads up, if you go with someone who has the yearly pass, parking is free.

I stood at the entrance to the tall deck where the giraffes come up and saw very clearly people feeding them, their very long tongues wrapping around the leaves. Viicarious enjoyment for free!
