My parents are buried at Riverside. So I often sit by the river at a picnic table after I visit. What a pretty place. And invariably there will be deer grazing somewhere along there.

This is a wonderful place to visit if you love the outdoors! There are wonderful hiking trails, areas to picnic, and even fishing. During the summer, you can actually walk across the Maumee to see the little islands.

This is an excellent park. It is located along the Maumee River. It also has one of the original Erie canal locks . Playgrounds, shelter houses, and walking/bike trails . Good place for family picnics.
