Visited with family, laid out ok safari ride was interesting but very few animals to see and the catering for a family not variety for children $19.50 for a hamburger, save your money and just go to the Melbourne Zoo.

It's an ok experience but that's about it. Started my day by driving 1.5 hours to get there with my 11 year old daughter.
The que to get tickets was short and quick. You pay your fee and given your map and off you go....More

It’s great for kids as they can see more with the open vehicle and get more time up close as they go off the normal tracks however they do have a rule if the children are under 8 it is one child per adult.

No there is plenty of walking around the zoo you don't drive around. There is a bus to travel around part of the zoo to see the giraffes, rhino's,zebra etc and the rest of the park you walk around. Great place for family and... More

Great place for family and the children will love it. Easy walking to push prams and also wheelchair accessible.
