Worth the effort of climbing up all those steps. Great view at the top. We decided not to walk down to wineglass beach as that was another 1000 steps to negotiate

It is a bit of a steep climb up but there are stops along the way if you need. The views are spectacular
There is a viewing platform for Coles Bay prior to reaching the large platform for Wineglass Bay

Amazing view and totally worth the walk. We had perfect weather and walked to the beach for a swim. You just need a good pair of shoes and a moderate level of fitness. Not a hard walk.

As many reviews may have mentioned this has been voted numerously one of the most scenic beaches in the world. It was a bucket list place to come to and glad we did. Park in the car park closest to the track start but come early (before 10am) as the place gets completely full including the road leading into the area. We did start early and got a car spot nice and close but saw as we were leaving the area around 11am that the place was totally packed. The trail itself is not for the faint hearted. A lot of steps and I mean a lot – about 500 at least. It is done extremely well so all credit to the National Park. The view from the lookout is impressive but the highlight is undoubtedly the beach (which I've included in this review cause you'll do both). There are a few toilets tucked up the bush near the beach and you can walk along the beach for quite a way. The water is picturesque and idyllic. Well worth the hike. Just be prepared for a lot of steps and please go early as this place is busy.

The lookout provides just stunning view - we did the walk down to Wineglass Bay early in the morning and followed through to Hazard Bay and back to the parking along the coast line/through the bush forest. The tour was very good to walk and very well marked - just an excellent experience.

A walk to the top is well worth the beautiful views. Easy parking available. There are several viewing spots to capture breathtaking pictures. You can also hike down to the beach.

Came to Coles Bay to see this lookout. There is a 40 minut walk to the lookout, which has Coles Bay Lookout then wineglass Bay.
It has beautiful views of the area and the Freycinet national park.

My wife and I enjoyed the hike. We're from Florida, and we enjoy viewing and walking along all kinds of beaches. There were several other sightseers here.

This was a beautiful walk and great view at the end. We also walked the steps to the beach which was one of the best beaches we've seen with minimal people there. It was a hard walk back up but worth the trip down.
