I bought this experience as an early Christmas present for my partner. It was such a great experience, one that we will remember for a long time. Cradle Mountain is one of those places you can't visit Tasmania without going to. The day before we...More

Absolutely amazing experience. Challenging yourself surrounded by beautiful scenery with happy larrikins as your guides. Couldn't imagine a better way to see the canyons! The jumps were my favourite.

Where to start🤔🤔 Due to the amount of rain and snow the previous day and night, our Dove Canyon tour had to be moved to Machinery Creek Canyon. I was disappointed as I wanted to rock jump like my days of youth. But it was...More

Overall the experience was amazing! It pushed the limits of me physically and mentally. I felt very comfortable in the abilities of the guides who were fun but safety conscious. Highly recommend this to others who are after a true adventure.

I'd really give them a call and explain your situation. Some of the obstacles, cliffs and ledges may hurt your knees and requires some manoeuvring, however the steep decent at the start and the even steeper accent at the... More
Hi, would love some info & advice on the backpacks for the Dove Canyon tour. I'm in my 20's and can hike fine but do have knee issues which make it difficult to carry weight. I'm so excited by the tour and don't want to let this condition stop me. Wondering if there is a way I can manage this? On the Dove Canyon video (on their website) only a couple of people are carrying backpacks walking into Cradle Mountain, not everyone. Is this normal? Could I load my boyfriend up with half of my backpack contents so I can manage it with a lighter load... Just like I expect some parents carry 2 sets of gear for their kids on the Lost World Tour? Please don't judge. We are forever managing my knees and he would be happy to do this if it meant we got to do Dove Canyon together. Just need to know if those who've done the tour think a fit 90kg guy could manage an extra load or whether it'd be too much. Thanks in advance

Hi Beet87. For sure your boyfriend can carry your gear if he is keen to do that! All up it generally ways a bit over 10kgs. We give everyone a pack, so you could just take whatever you feel comfortable with and load him up... More
