We were advised to take the short drive off the highway and see these cranky rocks. We have seen similar balancing rocks around Australia but these are different, would have been different if the creek was running

Love of rocks , water, suspension bridges well don’t go past this little beauty, 10 min drive from town, we’ll sign posted, busy during holidays ,great to swim and relax in rock water hole, take a climb up the boulders, or simply watch the bird...More

8km drive from Warialda, and well sign posted. Short walk across a suspension bridge and down a pebbly track to the waters edge. Beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the massive boulders, or cool off in the water. Climb to the lookout is a little...More

We took a picnic lunch and had a wonderful time exploring all the amazing rocks. So much space for the kids to run around and explore.

Traveling west on Gwydir highway, from Glen Innes, past Inverell, stumbled upon signs toward this lovely area. About 4km off the highway. Beautiful stream, rocks, Campground with powered sites if necessary. Picnic area with BBQ. Caretake lovely.
