Nundle is a sweet little town and the Woollen Mills are definitely a reason for visiting. I went on a very informative 30 minute free tour . Run every day at 2pm.

The 2.00pm tour is great. Nick is very informative and the information and machinery interesting. The shop is fantastic and a great source of knitting wools and patterns. Recommend highly if visiting the area.

This place is astonishingly interesting. Nick conducts the free daily tour which is the last working mill of it's kind in Australia. Neither of us are particularly "crafty" people but we came away totally impressed by what we had seen in 2 hours! With the...More

Nundle Woollen Mill is about 60km east of Tamworth in New South Wales, Australia. Only way to get there is to drive from Tamworth.
