Our trip had an iffy start. The weather was terrible and we hit traffic so we drove for over 4 hours in the dark and rain to get to Jenolan. The Cave House restaurant closes early, so we went to bed hungry. The rooms are small and dingy.... we woke up surly. After a (quite expensive) breakfast, I went to... More

All the caves are amazing. The best was the adventure tour. I recon it's a must do if u are adventures. Big thanks to the greatest tour guides Kryn & Belinda. The hotel is clean and cosy. The restaurant food was great. Hats off for the chefs. Only thing I recon need to change is the tea bags in the... More

Two visits in one year, but worth the effort to show off these beautiful natural wonders to some visitors from overseas. All of the caves are easily accessible to most persons with reasonable fitness. Guides are for the most part excellent and informative. The walkways and stairs are slowly being upgraded (this is owned and run by NSW Parks and... More

I last visited about 35 years ago and found the' cave experience' enchanting. Since then I have visited numerous other caves overseas, but returning yesterday and exploring The Orient cave took my breath away. So beautiful! And yes, lots of stairs....

We took the Orient Cave tour. This is a stunningly beautiful walk through three different caves with a wide range of geological features. For me the best cave I have seen at Jenolan compared to the Lucas and River caves. As well as the cave tour we did an unguided walk down to the hydro dam. Our guide was knowledgeable... More

300 caves (most not on the tourist agenda), 10 tours, lots to see. Some are easy walks although with lots of steps, some are for the truly adventurous, and most are somewhere in between. Not especially cheap at around $40 pp per cave, but a resort like this takes a lot to create and maintain with safety. A choice of... More

Well worth a visit. Knowledgeable and entertaining guide and great tour. Would have like to do more but too tired after running a marathon the day before.

It had been about 10 years since I visited, not sure why I left it so long? This place is the jewel of the region. Took an overseas visitor and a local to show them this amazing place and they were not disappointed. Booking staff were friendly and cooperative. Guide for Lucas Cave was efficient, helpful and interacted brilliantly with... More

We took our 3 Japaneese exchange students to Jenolan for a day trip. We purchased tickets to Lucas Cave, the biggest cave there. We were allotted a time slot and along with another 30 or so people we explored the cave. Our guide was infornative but very dry and too factual and didnt really add any excitment or adventure to... The caves were amazing to see. Very well maintained and informative guide. Special thanks to our guide Cory for being compassionate and pro-active. Firstly, they rescheduled our tour to another date without any hassle or drama. Secondly, as soon as my mother entered the cave she became claustrophobic and started breathing heavily. She could not proceed any further and went... More
