A new venue, built by the National park, to showcase the Hill End area and the gold mining era. Very good audio visual shows which are very informative. Great for all the family. Free to get in and view the exhibits.

The old Hill End museum has moved from the old hospital on the hill to the middle of the village opposite the pub. It contains the best photographic record of gold mining history in the district.
