Sadly the Waterways Wildlife Park seems to have closed it's doors very shortly after my visit and I later read that the charming lady who showed me around he park passed away a few months later. It was a quite wonderful place!

Had a great hour visiting the park. Only cost $5 for an adult and we even got to pay the koalas. Nice and quiet around the park. Highly recommend!

This is such a great place for Gunnedah to have, to be able to look at the animals close up and then enjoy a picnic there with the animals around.
