All reviews govett's leap grose valley grand canyon car park keen walkers blue mountains of nsw start point sandstone cliffs amazing views cliff face well worth the effort short walk easy walk walking track three sisters rodriguez lookout
I prefer Govett's Leap personally, however this lookout has a better view of sandstone cliffs if that is what you are interested in seeing. Doesn't get much sun in the afternoon though so can be pretty cold!
Evans Lookout offers fantastic views over the Grose Valley and the rugged mountains that border it. The Lookout is easy to access as there is a car park only a few minutes away. For bushwalkers, Evans Lookout is the place to start (or end) the...More
Well worth taking a short drive down the road and requires a super short walk to the lookout. There are several walking tracks surrounding the lookout that offer nice scenery too! Would recommend wearing joggers.
We did this as a spur of the moment activity, not really the most responsible way to treat nature, and it was well worth the effort. The main canyon walking track is easy to follow, and Rodriguez track is only slightly more difficult. well worth...More
This was our first lookout at the Blue Mountains - which ever other had to live up too (and many didn’t). A very short, easy walk from the car park and you have a choice of two spots (which are also easy to get too...More
This is a glorious lookout, especially in the afternoon when the sandstone cliffs catch the sun. There are some excellent bushwalks along the valley edge or into the valley from here. Highly recommended

The lookout was not too far, 1.4km. Out we went and we saw some beautiful views. Wow! Amazing! We saw the valley and the mountains. Even though there was some haze, it was still attractive.
This was worthwhile for a 1,4km trek.
Worthwhile to enjoy!
