Found it so interesting. There is a walkway around so you can view all the lovely mosaics and other Roman finds. A cafe is on site. Would recommend it.

A lovely drive past thatched cottages and English country gardens, then windy lanes to this spectacular site. The mosaics, especially the long pavement are breath taking, and so peaceful a place to visit.

Although smaller than Fishborne, I think the mosaics were more intact. The place could benefit from an injection of cash to bring the facilities up to date but as a private concern they have done so well to preserve what is there.

We travelled from Arundel. Google maps confirms that it is 31miles and approximately 45 mins to drive.(7am) I would say allow longer if travelling in time for it to open as there will be more cars on the road. I hope you... More

I am uncertain, but it is only a half hour drive from Horsham, if you have difficulty finding out let me know it is only a 10 minute drive from me.
