As well as the animals for them to look at, the farm also runs scheduled activities through the day for the kids to get closer and more involved with the animals - like bottle feeding the lambs, feeding the pigs, pony rides, and handling smaller animals like rabbits etc. Plenty of space for them to run around too, as well... Just returned from a great day out. Even though it was busy, it wasn't crowded and our granddaughter took part in feeding the lambs and the calves. Lots to do though was relaxing too. Only negative was expensive prices (for pretty mediocre food) in the cafe and a long wait for sandwiches and a children's meal. Would take a picnic... More

Took my grandson . Had the most fabulous day. Lots of challenging climbing frames. Obstacle courses. Balance courses. Suitable for 5 yrs to adult. Camping facilities with a great outdoor feeling with bbq facilities and loos . There is a cafe and serves great food . Very reasonably priced even for a large party going fully recommended

a wonderful day out for younger children. Up to about the age of 9-10 it is enchanting Lots of very friendly amimals. Particularly appealing in Spring when the children can fed the new born lambs. There are animals to feed throughout the year as well, goats, sheep horses but I think the lambs take the cake. There ate also horse... More

We have an annual pass for Umberslade and visit almost weekly with our two daughters (3 and 1 yr old). I suggested going on Monday 19th December with friends who also have children of a similar age as the Christmas activities looked lovely. We always adore visiting the farm and the staff and general activities are fabulous. My 3yr old... More

I came to the farm with my daughter for her friends 3rd birthday party. It wasn't a very nice day, it was cold and raining. When we first got there, we went into the inside play area but it was so packed in there, and the space for where the adults can stand was very limited. The guide who was... More

Visited on a Saturday with another family with young children. Beautiful location close to Tanworth in Arden village. Great activities, horse riding was excellent. Highlight at end of the day was feeding the pigs. Would definitely revisit.

We were so excited to take our baby to her first farm visit and umberslade farm was recommended by friends, however it was disappointing. The staff are so miserable ... They are so unwelcoming and unenthusiastic right from the very beginning not a single interaction with them was joyful. The soft play was terrible!!! Maybe more animals needed to.
