On our trip from Munich to Jersey (Channel Islands) we had to change the Airports in London from Heathrow to Gatwick. Well in advanced we booked with Heathrow-Gatwick-Transfers since the Website was clear with booking and stated it is a Award winning Company.
Heathrow Central bus station to Gatwick South Terminal took 1hr 50mins in light traffic on the M25. Add at least another 30minutes for usual heavy traffic. DO NOT rely on National Express advertised times of 1hr 15mins.
