The grounds are huge, you could walk for miles. The Walks are lovely though. Plenty of directions. Plenty to see along the way, Squirrels, Cows, Ponds, River, Gardens etc. Children can help clear leaves with a little wheel barrow which will also keep them entertained....More

Plenty to interest all ages. Educational four children to see how there ancestors lived and worked. Add to that the grounds are really lovely and plenty of wild life to see if you can keep the children quiet.

Just looked at their website for prices and unfortunately there is not a different price for concessions

Hi Felicity They are allowed in the grounds providing you keep them on a lead but not in the house itself Regards Tony
