You don’t donate but barter. Take your books and they offer a barter price( or not). You can use the money to buy books. If you return a book bought from them you usually get half of what you paid. They will explain all to... More

Yes. The only place dogs aren't allowed is in some parts of the cafe, but they are definitely allowed in one part as we took our dog here.
