This garden provides a lovely walk with lots of interest. The landscaping and use of trees & shrubs is great. I have brought home lots of ideas! The trip round the poison garden felt a little rushed. We loved the water features.

Wow it was amazing but shame we couldn't go to Tree House due to wedding. It suit for all ages and the best thing was the water flowing down and love the swing. We would go again in the summer so we can see all the flowers and tree growning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, even though the garden wasn't in bloom yet. Loved the water features in the serpent garden and the grand cascade. We did the Poison Garden tour which was very informative. Loved the cafe area with the sunny terrace.

Came here just after winter and found that most of the gardens were completely bare Obviously this was to be expected but I might aswel have visited a park with bare trees Nothing was mentioned when paying full price that the gardens would be less asthetically pleasing at the time of year Fountains were lovely Food was very limited and... I am sorry that the garden did not meet with your expectations. Our admission price increases in conjunction with the Castle opening and of... More

We arrived just as the place was starting to shut up for the day, however we got a few minutes in the garden and saw the fantastic waterfall feature. It really was stunning and i would love to go back when it wasn't so cold and wet. The visitor centre and shop looked great too, again we didn't have much... More

We were in the area and thought we would call in for a look around. Even though it's February and a bit chilly there was still loads to see and do. The water features are great and the poison garden was really interesting. We sat on the cherry orchard swings admiring the view. I would highly recommend the gardens to... More

Pleased to find that the gardens were open even though the castle was closed. Helpful staff who could recommend where to go and what to see. Will be back again.
