Zoe was extremely helpful and we gained many new facts about the history of Richmond during the time our ancestors lived and worked there as well as further information about members of the family tree. A delight.

I enjoyed this tour, especially the James Herriot set and the realistic reproduction of how it looked at the time. Although off the beaten track it is fantastic.

This museum is crammed full of interesting stuff. Well worth a visit. You can spend an hour just having a quick browse but easily occupy a couple of hours if you took everything in. Good value.
