Lincolnshire was bomber county during WW2, and this memorial is wonderfully tasteful. Beautifully maintained, it is a great tribute to the sacrifices made by those men and women so many years ago

Situated in pride of place on the promenade this memorial remembers all those who served within the RAF and represented their country. A very clean and well maintained area and lovely to visit on armed forces day and on Remembrance Sunday. Certainly worth a visit...More

The Cleethorpes Tourist Information Centre told me about the memorial and the interesting articles written on the plaque beside a statue of an RAF Airman. Well kept area.

An interesting memorial in a prime location looking out to sea. It could do with a little TLC on the panels to restore some of the text.
