The hall is a must there is a cafe next to townley hall average price animal friendly there is an 18 hole golf course overall very nice place to visit good for walkers.

Thank you for your review, you must visit the hall,the £5 adult entry ticket is valid for 12 months or visit on a craft fair day when it is free entry.

Always beautiful up Townley. Being from Burnley I'm very proud of it. The hall is well worth a visit but you after pay!! Burnley residents used to enter free but not anymore. The grounds are lovely. There's a cafe there? Well worth a visit.

Beautiful grounds and hall had many a family picnic here. Play area for children.Hall and grounds given to the people of Burnley by the towneley family

Thank you for your review, However the hall was bought by Burnley corporation off lady o hagen for £17.500 in 1901 followed by the purchase of the park/estate.

Thank you for your review and kind comments, I am sure visitors will find the information of great help, The staircase is now open so people can access all of the building without going back outside,which we agree was a bit of a pain.

The Hall is closed from 5pm but the park and grounds are always open.

The cafe is a private business and not run by the hall, I do not think they allow dogs in the cafe,but lots of dog walkers sit outside on the terrace and are welcome.

Good for coffees,they let you sit outside with your dogs and provide drinking water this is popular with dog owners. Not eaten there recently
