Well what can I say about Tankerton Beach. A very quiet relaxing place. A stoney beach but enjoyed by many. A good place to swim from. I always wear swimming shoes. Come and enjoy a picnic or swim. I love it!

walked from Tankerton to Herne Bay. Lovely walk, welcome coffee in cafe by the bandstand, walk around shops then bus back to Whitstable. Delightful walk around shops and harbour before returning home. Altogether a great day and impressed with english seaside places.
