We walk along the sea front to get to the Harbour and worth the 45 minute walk. It's vibrant and busy and has a great atmosphere. There is something for everyone here. We love stopping for a coffee and a mooch around the huts, watching...More

The harbour is an ideal place to rest a while over coffee or food and to soak in the sea air in relative calm. Over the weekends there are markets and independent traders which add to the ambience and creative flair of the place

I have visited the harbour in the past and really enjoyed it, however at 4pm on a Wednesday over the Easter holidays it was basically shut. Walked around with other lost soles before heading back into town.

Lots to see and enjoy whilst wandering around, from the boats and sea artefacts, to numerous oyster shacks and sea views

What a lovely little harbour. Stretches out quite far so lovely walk. Beautiful houses in the area. Cold and windy day but still plenty of people in the sea and kites out. Long stretch of beach must be gorgeous in the summer.

Yes it is, I have seen many people visiting with their dog. Although I do not know if you can allow your dog off the lead for a swim.
