The design and character of the garden is very good but the day we visited the grass needed cutting and the borders tidying and cutting back. It was probably lovely in July, assuming it survived the drought, but it’s definitely past it’s best now.More

Thank you for your feedback and for visiting our gardens. You are absolutely right with regard to the cutting of the lawns. Due to the very dry summer we were compelled,as were many other gardens, to reduce our mowing regime to allow the grass to...More

We enjoyed lunch in the Tithe Barn first. Great food and lovely staff/service. Then we toured the gardens which are fabulous. As you turn every corner there is something else to look at.

A lovely mix of different styles of gardens over a large plot. Old buildings with a 1970s house built sympathetically provide the working farm for the people who own the gardens. A small but interesting museum gives a little more detail to the place. The...More

The gardens are out in the Herefordshire countryside and are away from the main A49. Beautiful setting for the Tythe Barn café overlooking the orchard. Simple but nice food, reasonably priced. Location is fantastic.

Colours, aromas and water features...everywhere you looked was just lovely. Also enjoyed light lunch outside which was nice and listening and watching the robins. A...More

We visited this hidden gem of Herefordshire late June and we enjoyed really hot weather. We also had a great lunch ‘smoked salmon, quails eggs and jersey royals with salad’. Please visit
