Attended for a concert. Imposing venue, modern, sitting amidst the Salford Quays. Had a coffee, bit pricey but nice quality. Lots of signs advising direction of door and entry points to theatre. Seats comfortable and plenty of leg room. Quite suprised there was no bag...More

First visit to this gorgeous theatre space for a music gig. The place looks gorgeous, the building itself is cool & quirky, the sound/production etc. was faultless. I found staff to be friendly and helpful, although overheard some patrons in turn complain about harsh/inconsistent rules...More

Excellent free gallery (donations welcome) very interesting with lots of Lowry pictures & an excellent short film. He really was a one off character with an original style, this place gives a brilliant insight on his work & life.

Did they write this in the pub before it started? As a greatest hits, it’s perhaps passable but the warmth and wit of the tv series is utterly absent.

There is a theatre in there but it is separate to the upstairs gallery where there are plenty of Lowry's paintings on show. Well worth seeing if you like his work.
