Well done to the team behind this little venture winning this award. It was so nice to pop in for our Friday evening chips and Garvey and a large Spanish gin for the wife and a couple of local beers.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. Surprised how many people where there. Great choice of ale. Wallasey Wench was very nice.

Visited with friends on a Saturday afternoon, the choice of beers was limited and the staff were rude. We stayed a couple of hours but comments by the bar staff eventually drove us to leave. What a shame.

Good afternoon place for a real ale drink in Southend, with friendly staff and a great choice of local and Continental beers. Pics of Laurel and Hardy were a plus too!
