It is nice as a family afternoon out, you wouldn't be able to make a day of it. But it is a nice little museum and is educational for the kids to know about the past.

The staff are all really helpful and are all volunteers. There is not a huge amount to see but the Egyptian part is well worth. A visit. The shop has an interesting selection of items as well as stamps and some collectibles in antiques.

Big sign on the town hall stating there's a museum, but the big informative sign has missed a marketing opportunity, no mention of if and when it opens. Needless to say I missed out!
