Love this area of Norfolk, quiet highstreet with plenty of interesting shops and independents, not to forget the awesome fish n chip bars!! Clean and tidy parking at reasonable cost near the shops. Look at the murals on the beach walls..

Great stretch of coast. Lots of great walks and places to sit, play, picnic, look for seals. Picturesque and right on the end of the High Street for all the food and drinks you could need

This is a busy tiny roaded Seaside resort. We piloted our way to a sea front car park £1.50 for an hour to gaze out at the seabirds. The Turnstones come within feet of you as they seek out tiny bits of food. It’s tidy...More

We visited in Autumn so did not use the beach ourselves, but there is a long fairly wide expanse of accessible beach area and lots of places to get drinks, snacks etc.

Great place to visit on a sunny day off season. Even though it was half term we had the place to ourselves. The kids didn’t mind that they couldn’t swim (there were some brave adults swimming) and played in the sand for hours

A great sight even out of season. High tide on the pebbly beach bracing North Sea air. A good place to enjoy take away fish and chips along the prom. Shame about the sad empty hotel on the sea front with its double glazing.

To the best of my knowledge the dog restrictions apply until 30th September and then you can take Fido wherever you want to on the beach.

The best beach is 1.5 miles to a place called West Runton. Beach all the way to Cromer, goodsized car park £3 for the day and a cafe which also offers hot food. The are a few rock pools for the " little ones" to explore
