This s a little gem. Local history - fishing and lifeboats. An exhibition of Dutch Ganseys, and one about wind energy plus a climb to the observation tower all well worth the modest entrance fee.

Couldn't believe the size of this place! Loved the different patterns and info on jumpers hanging above the boats. Very informative, didn't make it to the viewing tower but as it was misty and torrential rain I doubt we would have seen much! Well worth...More

Lots of interesting items and information, including several lifeboats and fishing boats. Also some interesting items on Sheringham in the past. Very enjoyable.

We go at least once a year even though we live here, its always got something new so a constant source of information. My son enjoys it too, he loves the local history and of course there is the 360 viewing tower, great for looking...More

Well worth a visit. Well laid out and informative for adults and children alike. The 360 view from the tower is fantastic as is the wind farm exhibition with regards to the future for energy. The museum also had previous life boats from the beginning...More

Well thought out and informative displays. It tells a lot of the story of Sheringham in an easily digestible and memorable fashion. Would recommend to all age groups.
