Always a great place to walk & clear your head as quite a large forest taking a good few hours to go round on foot. Parking charges are unreal so park outside as it’s free

It is expensive £6.00 a day. You can park for free in other places and walk into forest via public footpaths.

Me personally, half a day but I am a 60 something so if you have a family there is plenty to do last the whole day, weather permitting of course
