After checking into the hotel,we ventured out to the Golden beach on our first day in Puri in an autorickshaw, which is the affordable and most convenient for travelling small distances. The beach was very crowded but was more or less clean.All the Cabins meant for change of clothes were occupied by hawkers and ladies had to change in the open.

Golden Beach, Puri is a very very beautiful beach. Unlike many other beaches, its highly neat and clean. Visited recently during December 2024 and enjoyed it. There are chairs on the beach, where we can sit and relax, of course, for a nominal charge. If you are in Puri, dont miss this.

Beautiful clean beach with lifeguards. There is a well tended walkway running parallel to the beach with a cafe. There are toilets, changing rooms and a purified water station . Access is 20 rupees per person.

There is so many mosquito 🦟.......it's not clean..we also ho for enjoying to beach but no ...........................are they kidding us?? I say only for golden beach kindly check it dear golden beach care taker and golden palace GM

Fantastic. Pay and use beach is also available. Calm and quiet, very clean and safe beach. You will enjoy the waves with the sound of quietness.

We end up around 5pm and stayed for 2 hr,quite cleaned place,what really bothered me is we got hurt by fish bones while walking by feet.
Rest overall experience was very good,
You can find fresh seafood street items in the beach which will enhance your experience by really reasonable prices ❤️❤️.

Worst beach ever seen..
Life guards have no manner to talk with people's...they extort ,torture,quarrel with people's...don't go there...
Private beach.. private workers don't trust that beach ...and first of all don't go there they misbehave with families etc....

It's different from other beaches, sands is yellow like a gold. Other activity also available for kids . Entry charges also not much. Must visit while in puri..
