This lake is a refreshing change after going around sightseeing various 'Point's' . The lake is surrounded by dense Mangroves & greenery all around . Also visit the Pisarnath Temple & Lord's Point located just a few steps from this lake. Beware of monkeys.

Bit overrated. It’s a lake for goodness sake. It’s not clean but neither is a Matheran. Until locals and visitors stop throwing their rubbish everywhere then this won’t change Loved the visit but the rubbish detracts badly

It's negotiable, highly, this time especially as tourist season islow,generally 250-300 for any point to point...1horse 1adult(maybe 1child).

No, camping is not allowed on the open grounds. But there are Hotels nearby and you can avail of those to stay. However, you can sit late evening near the lake and enjoy the nature.

Don't know to be frankly, i prefer to walk and go about places. but should be more than rs.400.
