Very well done. There are walkways with bridges along the creek. It is right along restaurant row so you can eat then stroll. This is the gem of Gahanna. I'm so pleased with the money and effort that was put into making this so nice. At night it is beautifully lit.

I love this area! I have been here several times for the view and for the food served in this area. We go to the Old Bag of Nails and try to hit it on a Wed. for their all you can eat shrimp. Then we walk the Park area behind it. It's fun to watch the ducks and swans. Usually get photos at the waterfalls and run around the paddle boat area. In the winter, they have it set up at Christmas time with a little village scene. Great to see any time of year.

If you are in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area and have some time you should make it a point to visit Creekside in Gahanna. It's a natural setting along a creek with a 9 hole golf course, paddle boats, a waterfall and many restaurants and shops. As of this writing the underground parking at Creekside is free and the area is about as safe and family friendly as you can get. There is live music every Friday evening in the summer thru the month of September and for some reason Gahanna seems to have a burger joint, pizza joint, bar, fish joint or ice cream parlor on every corner in the downtown area. There are many choices and much fun to be had. There is a Bag of Nails, a sports bar named Coaches and another named Signitures that are noteworthy. Come and visit and have fun. But be sure to observe the rules and don't speed as the Gahanna Police are very professional and don't take any guff!

Visited this small park area in "Olde" Gahanna. Parking is a little confusing. We ended up parking a couple of blocks away from the main concorse/entrance. The fountain was nice with a waterfall leading to the walking/trails area. Strangely the creek water level was really low despite the amount of rain they have had recently. If water levels had been higher perhaps the walking areas might have been more impressive. Two negative observations: Many walking paths seemed to just dead end into nothingness. Also the public restrooms are located on the lower level of a parking garage. It's a little creepy, so we passed. If you're wanting a little walk time it's just ok.

Creekside Park lies below the restaurant district in Gahanna and it is a perfect place to go with the kids after dinner to feed the ducks or take a paddle boat ride just before you head back up for an ice cream cone. The water is within reach of you want to step in and walk around the shallow area or with your kid or your dog or whoever. Past the waterfall area, you can walk into the more wooded area with clear walkways in the shade. At night, there are parts of the path that are well lit and others not so much. Its just a nice little place to stop by and spend some time. I don't know what anyone could say that would be negative about it.

What a beautiful park! We had Brunch at the Creekside Cafe and I took my little dogs for a walk afterwards at this park.It was a really nice walkway, and there were lots of Ducks and Swans. There is a cute little waterfall and a nice hike on a boardwalk the crossed the river and went into a really nice wooded area.

This is a great place for a walk, even in the winter. There are different paths to travel and it is fun to see people with dogs and kids out for a break from the house. This is an oasis. We always enjoy a walk at creekside.

We have enjoyed this site several times. There are lovely fountains and the creek area is well kept, which gives this park a refreshing feel on a hot day. However, we missed the outdoor tables with umbrellas which offered nice seating on a hot day. We were waiting for family members to join us so we did manage to find a lonely bench which had a bare scrap of shade protecting it. Creekside (and the businesses in the area) would benefit from more seating and shade.

This place is nice and the walk is very close to the water. The park is full of wildlife including lots or squirrels.

We stumbled on this as we were staying nearby. The Jazz Festival is June 20-22 and worth paying the $5 entry. Some interesting food booths and they have several stages set up with different music. Fun to walk around and there is a carnival set up across the street, if you have kids (or enjoy it yourself!). The area has some good restaurants (check out TA reviews for Gahanna area). It was a fun couple of hours.
