Horrible experience celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday. We came pre-covid and had an amazing party for my daughter which prompted us to come again, but that was not the case this time! We booked 2.5 weeks in advance. When we got there the original lanes we were to use was already given for other bowlers so we were stuck in the middle of 2 parties with VERY limited seating. For a party of 10 kids PLUS adults, we were only given 8 seats. Due to them having half the alley more designated for their concert venue, and less focus on the bowling aspect. Right as we got there, they needed a family to move over a table because it was a table for our party, one guest was EXTREMEMLY drunk and started cussing at one of our parents as we waited for the table, then after that in the same family a "verbal fight" broke out with cussing for all to hear, then a women in that same party was extremely rude and had words with my young daughter in the bathroom. Clearly that family was over served, even one of the workers made a comment about them being drunk since the beginning. My husband was at the bar getting drinks/food and even made a comment to the bartender to mb cut that guy off b/c he was back there trying to order more and he was beyond drunk, & around multiple kids birthday parties. One of the lanes we used jammed up more then we were able to actually use it so we spent most of our time waiting on help or waiting for the lane to reset. The only bright side is they had a performer there on 3/19, and he was seriously the nicest guy ever, and even sang HBD to my daughter. Overall it was a poor experience and as a family who used to enjoy this bowling alley very much, we will not be back ever again.

Great food decent venue for music. Downside is the allow smoking and vaping in the outside music area. Doesn’t help those with asthma and allergies

Terrible place and garbage staff. The only thing lower than the quality of food is that of the sound. Don't waste your time.

Just recently went to a bowling b’day party. I had to leave within minutes because no one and I mean no one was wearing a mask or following social mandates. I felt overwhelmed and horrified. This location was overcrowded and I just didn't feel comfortable. What's the point of having a poster at the door saying that masks are required when that exact ordinance is being ignored.

It was a great venue for a concert. It was well organized. We had a great time. We stayed overnight. The exit has several hotels and restaurants. It was very easy to find.

Worst venue for a concert I have ever seen. They will be getting a lawsuit soon for assaulting my wife for looking for me. She was put in a chokehold for over 30 seconds. Unless you are front row you can see nothing here. Standing in sand for hours is miserable. Words can't describe how much this place sucks.

We went last night for the Sawyer Brown concert. It was our first time there, we drove 3 hours away. First impression was not so great as it doesn't look that great from the outside. We went inside and it's huge, a live band was playing in the one bat, there's a huge bowling alley, a full service restaurant and another bar. Not to mention the whole outside venue. We had club seats so we sat at a table facing the stage and overlooking the sand pit for general admission. With club you also got front of stage access. It was pretty awesome. We definitely will be back for another show.

My husband surprised me with a weekend trip to go see my favorite cowboy Clay Walker at JD Legends. We live in Michigan so it's a 4 hour drive for us. He originally got general admission tickets but decided to upgrade to VIP. I was excited about getting the chance to meet Clay Walker. There are some good things about JD Legends and some not so good things. Good things, VIP parking , you can park right there in the parking lot where the venue is, You dont have to stand in a huge long line to get in, you get a lanyards to keep, you get a covered pavillian to sit under since it did rain the night we went and you do get your own server and a private bar in the pavillian. Not so good things, JD Legends states in the VIP package you get VIP bathrooms so you dont have to walk all the way back in the building. They are not VIP, not even close to VIP anything, they are port a potties. I would rather walk to the building. They arent even the nice port a potties, they are the gross ones. They state "Plush Seating", not so plush, just typical outdoor chairs and tables. They state "dinner buffet", expect a salad, a chicken patty, rice, vegetables and a cookie. I'm not complaining about it but don't expect a huge buffet if you are going. We were also not expecting the amount of smoking at the tables. Being from Michigan we dont have smoking at our resturants and there were smokers at every table outside. We liked the fact that we got front row access to the stage and that there was a fence separating general admission from VIP and Club but by the time you get back from your meet and greet, The Club ticket holders all get in the front and the VIP end up in the back of them. Also I noticed while we were lined up for the Meet and Greet some general admission people had went into the VIP section to order from the VIP bar and stand around the tables. The security seemed to do a good job all night except for when it was time for the Meet and Greet. Also the venue is a volleyball court, expect to stand in sand. The servers and the man in charge of everything were great, made us feel welcome and informed of what was going on. They even handed out ponchos to the VIP people because it was raining which I thought was great. Overall we had a good experience at JD Legends and we will be back again next year if Clay comes back to Ohio. It's a nice little venue and I wish it was closer to Michigan. Oh and Clay Walker was amazing as always.
