This park is located in the perfect spot. German Village is by far my most favorite area in Columbus, Ohio! All of the Victorian houses that line this park are beautiful. Park is also within walking distance to many great restaurants.

We come here several times each summer for the Shakespeare performances in the evening - highly recommended. Appears safe, lots of nice dogs frolicking, great performances, my wife likes the summer flower gardens and I like the Schiller quotes on the walkways (German is my second language).

Great place to picnic or attend a music event. A large park that serves as an oasis in the German Village district of Columbus. Great place to meet friends or bring children.

Great neighborhood place to take the kids or walk the pooch. I haven't been to any "events" here, but it is such a pleasant park to enjoy and walk around. It very well serves an entire community and is always busy with families and walkers. If you live in this area you are blessed. If you are visiting, take a... More

The residents of German Village are fortunate to have this in their neighborhood. And it is a well-used neighborhood park. It's usually filled with joggers, young families walking around the pond and people and their dogs getting in some exercise. Considering how close it is to downtown Columbus, this is a remarkably peaceful oasis from the urban scene that surrounds... More

The scenery is amazing, nice for walks around the park. There is play area for kids also tennis courts too. Favorite part is the theater shows that play on the weekends in the summer.

I walked around the park watching people walk their dogs or having a picnic. This is truly a family park. I didn't make over the building but I did see tennis courts.

They have great plays during the summer. You bring your own food, drink, chair or blanket and enjoy. They also have a small concession stand or you can order takeout from several restaurants in the area that are within walking distance. It is free...they do pass the hat for donations but no pressure to give. A really good time for... More
